Add water to the corn meal mix and diced spicy peppers, whisk together
warm skillet with a little butter or oil
Spoon in batter to make skillet bread, fry on both sides
Chopped-Diced Garlic, Green bell peppers, onions, red chili peppers
Curry spices, a can of red kidney beans and sunflower oil
Add chopped vegetables witha bit of oil to the same skillet that you fried the skillet bread in , sauteting the vegetables et al, with 1 tablespooon of curry spices
once the vegetables are lightly sauted, add the whole can of kidney beans, with liquid
place the skillet bread on the plate and top with bean and vegetable mix
Serve a delicous meal
