Summer curry and chicken stew


2 chicken breast shredded and pan cook

1/2 cup walnuts toasted in the skillet w chicken

1 bullion cube

1/2 lb baby carrots

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1 tblspn curry powder

1 small onion chopped

salt and pepper

4 cups water

once the chicken is cooked in the walnuts are toasted in the skillet combine all the other ingredients with it and let it simmer for an hour serve with a little bit of feta cheese, or fresh Parmesan on top
