Homemade Dill Hummus-From Scratch


Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons dried dill
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until it’s smooth
  • Dish into small dishes for dipping/spreading
  • Paprika and olive oil for garnish
  • Chopped up raw veggies of your choice, spread out on a platter or plates
